This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical chemistry experience gained in an industry-based GMP environment who is looking to take the next step in a hands-on quality control role. About the OpportunityWorking as part of a busy QC laboratory, you will play a key role in supporting analytical testing activities across a range of materials and products. The position is well suited to a candidate who is confident using analytical instrumentation, particularly HPLC with Empower software, and who understands the importance of quality, compliance and high laboratory standards in a regulated environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of analytical chemistry testing within a GMP-regulated QC laboratory environmentOperate analytical instrumentation with a particular focus on HPLC using Empower softwareCarry out testing using techniques such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometry and FTIRComplete compendial testing including osmolality, pH, appearance, conductivity, density and sub-visible particulate testingSupport excipient testing, including compendial identification testing, as part of routine laboratory activitiesUndertake additional laboratory testing such as loss on drying and CCIT where requiredReview, record and trend analytical data in ..... full job details .....
