am currently working with a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation based in Wrexham who have an opportunity for a Microbiologist to join the team, this is great chance for an experienced Microbiologist professional within the pharmaceutical industry to progress their career.

Key responsibilities for the QC Microbiology Technician

• Perform routine microbiological testing on samples, including bacteria.
• Prepare media, reagents, and cultures for laboratory use.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records in line with GLP/GMP standards.
• Assist in environmental monitoring and hygiene audits. Support investigations into deviations or non-conformances.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, and microscopes

Requirements for the QC Microbiology Technician

• Bachelor''s degree in microbiology or related subject.
• Experience of working within a Microbiology Laboratory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
