Overseeing Microbiological QC activities, in this role you will be responsible for all Microbiological testing activities, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across Environmental monitoring, utilities and laboratory systems. The Role As the QC Microbiology Manager, you will lead and develop the microbiology team, ensuring smooth day to day QC laboratory operations and efficient analysis to support product delivery. Key responsibilities will include:Leadership, coaching and development of the QC Microbiology teamTechnical oversight of analysis including water testing, (LAL/Membrane filtration), bioburden testing and environmental monitoring.Overseeing the investigation of OOS results, deviations and Microbiological excursions.Support process, product and cleaning validation activities.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the site and processes.
