      <description>Location: Marchwood | Salary: &amp;pound;18.51/hour | Type: Temporary | The primary purpose of this role is to execute a broad range of quality testing and analytical procedures to assess, monitor, and report the quality performance of products produced within the Innovation Development Centre (IDC). The role supports product quality assurance through accurate testing, data analysis, and adherence to laboratory best practices and regulatory requirements.   Key Objectives and Expectations    Conduct quality assessments and analytical testing of products manufactured within the IDC.  Ensure testing activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).  Deliver reliable data and quality reports to support product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance activities.  Maintain high standards of laboratory practice, equipment performance, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.  Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to the development of laboratory procedures and testing methodologies.
