QC Laboratory Technician

This Brigg Scientific client are a food and beverage manufacturer based in Warrington. They are looking to appoint a QC Technician in their Laboratory to cover a busy period.

Key duties include

• Wet Chemistry testing, pH, Titration
• Total Gas content, Brix testing and turbidity
• HPLC testing for specific organic compounds
• Quality paperwork
• General Lab Stewardship

The ideal candidate will have some experience of a commercial, fast paced Laboratory environment following a Scientific Qualification.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience of the Food or Beverage industry and also any HPLC knowledge.

The role with run initially for 3 to 6 month period and involves working between 6am and 6pm from Monday to Thursday and carries an equivalent-salary of between -26,000 and -30,000 pa depending upon experience.
