As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of supplier-manufactured equipment and components, contributing to their legacy of outstanding performance and innovation.Day-to-day of the role:Perform inspections (visual, dimensional, gauging, and comparison as appropriate) on newly manufactured, repaired, and modified analytical equipment and components before, during, and after qualification testing.Raise Non-conformance Reports against non-conforming equipment/components and manufacturing, repair, or modification quality records.Adhere to Goods Inwards Quality Procedures to ensure compliance and maintain standards.Ensure that inspection measuring equipment is kept safe, clean, fit for purpose, and within current calibration.Conduct inspection surveys on returned operational equipment, both company and customer-owned.Execute Quality Control checks to Operations Support processes at key stages, such as prior to final shipment and job card completion.Perform Non-Destructive Testing on components for certification purposes and witness pressure testing of equipment to ensure compliance with required standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:A background in science or engineering eg. chemistry, physics, or ..... full job details .....
