Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience working on data centres, mission-critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or similarly complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality processes, ITPs, inspections, NCR management and project handover.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple construction packages.
  • Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A strong understanding of relevant quality standards and construction regulations.
  • Experience working for a main contractor or major specialist contractor.

Previous hyperscale data centre experience would be highly advantageous.

This is a key appointment on a significant hyperscale development with a strong pipeline of work. The project offers the opportunity to join an experienced delivery team working within one of the fastest-growing areas of the construction industry.

A competitive salary/package is available with accommodation and subsistence package if not commutable to the project.
