Network IT are working with a prestigious and globally recognised organisation to recruit a QA Analyst to join their IT Services function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of critical systems and services across a large and complex digital environment, including a bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing solutions, ensuring all releases meet defined standards and provide an excellent user experience.
Role Overview
As a QA Analyst, you will take ownership of testing and quality assurance across multiple projects and service releases. A key part of this role will involve supporting and testing enhancements to a bespoke Dynamics 365 system, ensuring it continues to meet evolving business needs.
You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying defects, and ensuring systems are fit for purpose before deployment.
