QA Technologist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Technologist to join a growing team, supporting quality assurance, product safety and compliance across a range of consumer products, including toys, stationery, arts and crafts. The successful candidate will help ensure products meet the required quality, safety and regulatory standards, working closely with internal teams and overseas suppliers throughout the product development process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in product technology, quality assurance or product compliance who enjoys working collaboratively and has a strong eye for detail. Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese would be highly desirable, particularly when communicating with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance and Compliance Ensure products meet relevant quality, safety and compliance requirements. Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures and standards across assigned product categories. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, product testing results and product approval comments. Assist with product testing plans and ensure the necessary checks are completed. Identify potential quality or safety issues and escalate concerns to the relevant team members.
