QA TechnicianPermanentLeicesterMon - Fri afternoon shift What You''ll Be Doing:Carry out quality inspections, product testing, and analytical checks, ensuring any out-of-specification results are investigated and escalated promptlyMonitor production processes, maintain full product traceability, and verify that all quality documentation is completed accurately and in real timeConduct GMP, glass and hard plastic, hygiene, and food safety audits, ensuring the site remains compliant with BRCGS, customer standards, and internal proceduresRelease production lines following cleaning verification and environmental swabbing, ensuring equipment is safe and ready for manufactureSupport investigations into quality issues, implementing corrective actions and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and Right First Time performanceWork closely with Production, Hygiene, and Technical teams to uphold exceptional housekeeping, allergen control, and food safety standards across the factoryAssist during customer visits and third-party audits, confidently representing the Quality function and supporting ..... full job details .....
