To be a visible presence within the Operations Team with a focus on ensuring our customers receive products that are fully compliant to the specifications provided. Duties and Responsibiliies Collate and verify CoAs, liaising with suppliers where specification is not met. Conduct GMP (Good Manufacturing Practise) audits as per the schedule. Conduct spot-checks and hygiene checks on the production line. Support the maintenance of the company’s Food Safety & Quality Management System and BRCGS Standard Compliance. Raise and investigate non-conformities, holding/quarantining stock where necessary. Support with investigation on customer complaints.
