About the QA Technician job In this role, you will collaborate closely with the QA Supervisor and other departments to ensure the clients products and services meet agreed specifications, timelines, and the highest technical and quality standards. Your commitment will help maintain full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while consistently delivering excellence. Key tasks Maintain accurate records of all quality paperwork received and/or returned from other Departments and ensure tasks (QA Matrix) and any other requested activities are completed within the designated timescales. Ensure that all quality and food safety systems are operated throughout all departments with full documentation and that they meet the requirements within the BRC Global Food standard and legislation. Assist with customer complaints: identify root causes and determine corrective actions required to prevent further complaints; ensure complaints are closed out as per company procedure.
