Do you have a background in Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection or similar in a manufacturing environment, looking to join a growing business where you can develop and progress your career through training, and boost your income with over time?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established company, where you will play a key role within the Quality team, ensuring products and processes meet customer, internal and industry quality standards. Due to continued growth, the business is looking for a detail-focused QA Technician to carry out inspections, maintain quality documentation and support continuous improvement across the operation.

This varied role will see you conducting first-off, in-process and final inspections, using a range of precision measuring equipment and working closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues. You will also support non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, audits and the ongoing maintenance of quality systems.

This role would suit someone from a background in Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection or similar in a manufacturing environment looking to join a growing company where you can develop skills and progress within the company whilst also boosting your income with over time.

The Role:

• Conducting first-off, in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and customer specifications
• Carrying out dimensional inspections using verniers, micrometres, height gauges and other measuring equipment
• Completing and maintaining accurate inspection reports and quality records
• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
• Friday: 07:30 - 12:00

The Person:

• Background in Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection or similar
• Background in an engineering environment or similar
• Commutable to Lichfield
