QA Technician Food ManufacturingCoventry 4 on 4 off Days or Nights 29,972 per annumA leading food manufacturing business based in Coventry is looking for 3 QA Technician''s to join their Quality and Technical team.This is a hands-on role working closely with the production team to ensure food safety, product quality and site standards are consistently maintained. You''ll be responsible for carrying out quality checks throughout the production process, investigating issues and helping to drive a strong quality culture across the site.The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with the opportunity to work either permanent days or permanent nights.Key Responsibilities - QA TechnicianCarrying out quality and food safety checks throughout the production processMonitoring production against the site''s Quality and Food Safety PlanCollecting samples and carrying out relevant testingCompleting microbiological, chemical, shelf-life and organoleptic testingConducting GMP and GLP checks across the manufacturing environmentCarrying out on-line quality and food safety monitoringCompleting glass, belt and other quality auditsEnsuring full product traceability and accurate record keepingSupporting investigations into customer complaints and identifying root causesWorking with Production to implement corrective and preventative actionsCarrying out calibration checks and reporting equipment outside of toleranceIdentifying and escalating potential food safety or quality issuesPlacing ..... full job details .....
