This is a hands-on role working closely with the production team to ensure food safety, product quality and site standards are consistently maintained. You''ll be responsible for carrying out quality checks throughout the production process, investigating issues and helping to drive a strong quality culture across the site. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern , with the opportunity to work either permanent days or permanent nights .
