They create exciting, original products tailored to meet the demands of today''s busy consumers.Main Purpose of the Role The QA Supervisor will support the Factory Technical Manager in ensuring compliance with internal standards, third-party certifications, and retailer requirements. This role is integral to maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene throughout the production process.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Factory Technical Manager in maintaining systems for compliance with internal, third-party, and customer standardsEnsure full traceability from raw material intake through to finished product dispatchVerify that all raw materials meet the required quality standards upon arrivalAssist with customer site visits and third-party auditsHelp train new QA team members, ensuring they meet quality expectations quicklyAudit manufacturing processes to confirm adherence to agreed standardsProvide daily reports to the Factory Technical Manager on non-conformances and other key metricsPromote and maintain high hygiene and GMP standards across the factoryMonitor finished products against specifications and take appropriate corrective actionsConduct hygiene audits alongside hygiene ..... full job details .....
