Ensuring products and processes meet required quality standards. Supervising, supporting and motivating members of the team. Identifying quality issues and ensuring appropriate corrective action is taken. Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation. Monitoring processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensuring company procedures and quality requirements are followed. Working closely with management and other departments to resolve quality-related issues. Providing guidance and training to team members where required.
