This role is responsible for ensuring food safety, product quality, and compliance with company, customer, retailer, and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Monitor product quality and ensure products meet agreed specifications. Promote and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, GMP, and product integrity. Complete CCP checks and quality monitoring activities. Carry out microbiological swabbing, product sampling, and water testing. Conduct hygiene audits, fabrication audits, and glass & brittle materials audits. Calibrate factory equipment according to schedule. Check incoming raw materials against specifications. Verify packaging labels and ensure correct information is used. Monitor tare weights, water dosing, and oil quality daily. Operate and verify X-ray systems and required testing procedures.
