QA OperatorSt Austell 13.01 - 14.37 per hour 4-on-4-off Rotating Shifts Temporary to Permanent OpportunityAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for QA Operators on behalf of a modern, forward-thinking manufacturer based in St Austell. This role offers an immediate start, full training, and the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out quality inspection of all manufactured items in line with set quality standards.Ensuring accurate and timely completion of batch documentation.Taking and inspecting in-process control (IPC) samples as per specifications and standard operating instructions (SOIs).Reporting and recording all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSandE) incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.Maintaining excellent levels of housekeeping in line with 5S principles.Supporting with packaging, labelling and general operation of production machinery.Responding to machine alarms and taking corrective action to maintain production flow.Ensuring all work complies with company policies, procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines.Conducting effective shift handovers and escalating issues to relevant departments as required.Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain attention to detail.Computer literate with a ..... full job details .....
