We''re looking for a QA Inspector to join the team in Holbeach, playing a key role in making sure the produce leaving site is exactly where it needs to be in terms of quality, specification and compliance. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be right in the middle of the operation - checking incoming produce, monitoring quality through production and making sure finished product meets customer expectations. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You''ll be responsible for: Inspecting incoming, in-production, stored and finished fresh produce against customer specifications. Assessing weights, colour, defects and overall product quality. Making decisions on whether product needs to be re-sorted, rejected or ripened. Carrying out additional and destructive testing where required. Monitoring GMP, hygiene, packing standards and product quality throughout production.
