QA Manager

A food manufacturer is looking for a QA Manager to lead a 16-person QA team, support operations on the factory floor, and strengthen a quality culture that already takes food safety seriously. You d be responsible for: Leading and developing the QA team Supporting production with daily QA presence on the floor Managing internal audits (GMP, hygiene, traceability) Supporting BRCGS and customer audits Handling non-conformances, complaints and investigations Overseeing CCP verification and quality checks Supporting HACCP reviews and QMS improvements Analysing quality data and trends to drive improvement This isn t a sit in the office and review paperwork QA job. You ll be visible on the floor, close to operations, and trusted to make decisions based on data.
