Want to make a real impact?If you''re the kind of person who spots an issue before anyone else, enjoys getting audit-ready (yes, really!), and believes quality should be at the heart of every decision, then keep reading We''re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a QA team and help drive food safety, quality and compliance across a busy fresh produce business supplying some of the UK''s biggest retailers.You''ll be the link between Technical, Production and customers, ensuring standards are not only met but continuously improved.What you''ll be doingNo two days are the same, but you''ll be responsible for:Leading and developing the Quality Assurance team.Driving compliance with BRCGS, retailer and customer standards.Managing the internal audit programme and ensuring corrective actions are completed.Carrying out gap analysis against retailer Codes of Practice and BRCGS requirements.Investigating customer complaints, quality incidents and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement preventative actions.Monitoring quality trends and using data to drive continuous improvement.Maintaining and improving the site''s Quality Management System.Championing GMP, hygiene, traceability, calibration and food safety standards across the site.Supporting HACCP, TACCP and VACCP programmes.Assisting with retailer specifications, customer portals and technical documentation.Supporting ..... full job details .....
