QA Manager - Southampton - Internals & Externals

The Role

My client operate as a main contractor and specialist subcontractor.

Currently working on a project in Southampton, valued at up to--10 million.-

QA Manager - Freelance or perm opportuntiy available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and recording all site works, ensuring that construction activities are completed in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The role will involve close collaboration with the client''s Clerk of Works, site management team and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and record all construction activities across both internal works and fa-ade packages.
• Maintain detailed quality records, inspections, photographs, and reporting documentation.
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues and assist in driving corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience in-Field View, Procore/Aconex, Asite, Dalux, Microsoft Office Suite is ideal.
