QA Manager - FMCG

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager specialised in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The successful QA Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure consistent product quality across all production stages. Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, facilities, and products to identify areas for improvement. Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process optimisation. Oversee HACCP plans and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Provide training and guidance on quality standards and analysis techniques to staff members. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformance incidents, and corrective actions for senior management.
