This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in (petro)chemical or Seveso-regulated environments. Our client is looking for someone who not only understands standards like ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and NTA 8620, but can translate them into practical actions that improve operations and foster a strong quality culture.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Senior Quality Specialist will take ownership of setting up, implementing, and improving quality processes across the organization. You will ensure compliance, lead audits, and initiate improvement initiatives that span multiple departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing quality processes to mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement
Evaluating and managing change proposals and ensuring effective change control
Leading and coordinating process validations and evaluations
Ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and NTA 8620
Conducting internal audits and managing follow-up actions
Supporting external audits by clients or regulatory bodies
Managing quality incidents, complaints, and CAPAs
Drafting and maintaining procedures and work instructions within the QMS
Supporting the implementation of Operation Clean Sweep (OCS)
Guiding improvement projects from initiation to completion
Your Profile
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree (e.g. in Chemistry, Quality Management, Process Technology, or related field)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality roles, ideally within a Seveso or petrochemical environment
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and NTA 8620
Demonstrated experience with audits, CAPAs, change control, and validation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build cross-functional relationships
Hands-on, practical approach with the ability to turn policy into action
Proactive and coaching mindset, focused on embedding quality into the culture
