Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 44.22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive quality assurance strategy.
• Identify and escalate risks to senior managers and boards.
• Support the pending CQC inspection.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team.
• Co-ordinate and lead provider failure processes with the support of the Head of Services.

Person Specification

• Experience in quality monitoring on data platforms is desirable.
• Knowledge of contract management and care provider market oversight is advantageous.
• Familiarity with co-production is beneficial.
