QA Lead (AI-Driven Platform Transformation)We are seeking a strong QA Lead (Technical) to define, lead and evolve the quality engineering capability across a complex, AI-enabled platform transformation program for a leading insurance client.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy and Technical Leadership- Define and implement a modern, automation-first QA strategy aligned to an AI-driven SDLC- Act as the technical authority for quality engineeringAutomation and AI-Driven Testing- Lead adoption of automation-first testing approaches- Define AI-driven QA techniques (test generation, regression optimisation)SDLC and Governance- Establish strong quality governance and traceabilityPlatform and Integration Testing- Own testing strategy across workflow, underwriting, pricing, policy lifecycleCI/CD and Environments- Optimise pipelines and enable continuous testing- Support multiple releases on a frequent basis through automation first approachKey Technical Skills- Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)- API and microservices testing- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)- Test architecture and strategy- AI-driven testing exposure (desirable)Behavioural Traits- Hands-on technical leadership- Influencing and stakeholder engagement- Strong problem solving- Adaptability in fast-paced environmentsIdeal Candidate- 10+ years QA/Test Engineering- Proven QA Lead experience- Strong automation and DevOps background- Experience in complex transformation ..... full job details .....
