As a QA Engineering Lead you''ll join a newly team working on a Greenfield AI driven product to form the test strategy and introduce testing processes, policies and a "shift-left" culture. Collaborating closely with engineering leadership, you will define and evolve testing strategy, frameworks, standard, and processes, ensuring robust functional and non-functional test coverage across the platform. You''ll provide technical leadership in test automation, exploratory testing and quality engineering practices, while remaining hands-on in the design and development of scalable, production-grade test frameworks and tooling.
