QA Engineer - South Africa

This isn''t your typical QA position. You''ll be working across multiple manufacturing partners throughout EMEA, helping to ensure every can leaving the production line meets Monster''s world-class quality standards.

You''ll be:

• Conducting GMP and quality audits across external manufacturing sites.
• Supporting New Product Development projects from a quality perspective.
• Investigating consumer complaints, quality incidents and non-conformances, carrying out root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
• Attending production trials for new products and packaging developments.
• Analysing quality data and identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
• Working closely with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations and R&D.
• Travelling across the region to support quality initiatives and supplier relationships.

Ideally you''ll have:

• A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or another relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 3 years'' experience within Quality Assurance in the food or beverage industry.
• Experience investigating non-conformances and carrying out root cause analysis.
• A solid understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting quality data.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple countries.
• The flexibility to travel internationally (around 50% of the time).
