This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape our QA processes while leading deployment planning and client migration activities. You will play a key role in a major Front End platform transformation programme and manage a multi-year client migration roadmap. We''re looking for a self-starter who can operate across testing, release management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Own and develop QA and testing processes across the business. Manage testing activities for software releases and strategic projects. Plan and coordinate deployments, releases, and rollback procedures. Lead phased client migration planning and execution. Manage feature and defect triage with Product and Technical teams. Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and project delivery. Collaborate with Development, Product, Operations, and Client teams. Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders. Skills andamp; Experience Experience in QA/Test Management with wider delivery or project management responsibilities.
