This is a varied role combining administration, customer service, order processing and coordination duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and managing multiple priorities.The RoleAs an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of departmental operations through accurate record keeping, customer support and effective coordination of equipment, orders and documentation.You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting customers with enquiries, processing orders and quotations, and coordinating collections and deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration and Order ProcessingMaintain and update documentation and departmental recordsLog and track incoming equipment for calibrationMaintain the QA Order Book and customer order recordsPrepare and issue quotations, following up outstanding quotesRaise and manage sales orders and purchase ordersSet up and maintain customer accountsProcess customer payments securely via card paymentsCustomer ServiceProvide excellent customer support via telephone and emailAssist customers with orders and general enquiriesManage standing orders and recurring customer agreementsSend calibration reminders ..... full job details .....
