This role blends hands-on technical expertise with people leadership to design scalable automation strategies, guide engineers, and partner with product and development teams to deliver faster, safer releases.Responsibilities
Own and drive our test automation strategy across web, mobile, and APIsBuild scalable, maintainable automation frameworks that accelerate developmentEmbed automation into CI/CD so quality is part of every releaseLead and mentor a talented team of automation engineersUse metrics and insights to measure impact and continuously improveQualifications
Strong background in test automation (Playwright, Appium, API, etc.)Solid coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Go or other similar frameworksExperience integrating automation into modern CI/CD pipelinesExperience leading and implementing performance test strategiesPrevious leadership or mentoring experience; ability to bring out the best in peopleProblem-solver with curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive to make testing smarter, not just biggerWhy You’ll Love It Here
