QA Auditor

New Opportunity - QA Auditor (Food) Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional looking to build your career within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? Do you enjoy maintaining high quality standards, carrying out audits, and working closely with production teams to ensure products meet strict food safety requirements? Our client is looking for a confident QA Auditor to join their technical team in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Quality Assurance experience who can hit the ground running, supporting the business in maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards while working collaboratively across production and technical departments. As the new QA Auditor, you will: Carry out pre-start checks across production areas to ensure operations begin safely and efficiently Complete quality assurance inspections throughout the production process, including temperature, specification, weight, traceability, calibration, cleaning, and product quality checks Monitor food safety control points in line with HACCP procedures Ensure compliance with food safety legislation, customer requirements, and internal quality systems Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality or food safety issues Investigate customer complaints, process issues, and product returns, supporting effective corrective actions Assist with maintaining industry certifications, including BRCGS and Red Tractor standards Support customer ..... full job details .....
