QA Assistant (Batch Record Reviewer)Location: PetersfieldContract: 6-month contractHours: 06:00-14:00 or 07:00-15:00About the Role- QA AssistantWe are currently seeking a QA Assistant to support our Quality team on a 6-month contract within a regulated manufacturing environment.This role focuses on the review of batch documentation to ensure products are manufactured and recorded in compliance with GMP and internal quality standards. It is a fast-paced, detail-driven position where you will work closely with Production and Quality teams to support timely batch release activities.Key Responsibilities- QA AssistantReview batch records and associated documentation for accuracy, completeness, and complianceCheck production records including cleaning logs, temperature reports, and test documentationSupport batch release by ensuring all documentation meets required standardsWork collaboratively with Production, Assembly, and Compounding teams to resolve discrepanciesEscalate documentation issues and support deviation investigations where requiredEnsure compliance with GMP and company quality proceduresPerform SAP transactions and maintain accurate system recordsContribute to KPI tracking and continuous improvement activitiesAbout YouStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyComfortable working in a busy production setting or regulated industry Basic IT skills (SAP experience desirable). ..... full job details .....
