About the QA Assistant job The purpose of your role will be to perform quality checks by sampling and analysing raw materials as well as hosting daily taste panels and preparing certificates of conformance and analysis. Key tasks Daily audits are conducted to ensure factory hygiene standards are maintained at the highest level. After each production changeover, hygiene line checks are performed, which include allergen rapid testing to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Ensure all non-conformances and customer complaints are carefully logged, investigated, and closed out in a timely manner. Any risks, or evidence of unsafe or out-of-specification products, equipment, packaging, or raw materials, are reported immediately to maintain product integrity and safeguard consumers. Regular internal audits are carried out to verify adherence to quality and safety procedures. Staff training sessions are also organized to enhance awareness, skills, and commitment to maintaining high standards across all operations.
