The ideal candidate will bring deep Python expertise, technical leadership experience, and a strong architectural mindset. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design secure, scalable, and high-performance Back End systems using Python. Define and promote coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and provide mentorship to engineers.
