Python Software Engineer - Hybrid working

We''re looking for a Python Software Engineer to become the organisation''s first dedicated engineering hire. You''ll work closely with the CTO and the Data Engineers to build applications and automation, including a new platform that connects with the CRM and supports all users. This is a hybrid role of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home to begin with, decreasing to 1 day in the office.This is a great opportunity for a 3-4 year experienced engineer who wants genuine autonomy and the chance to shape an engineering function from the ground up.You''ll need:Strong Python experience.Good understanding of software engineering principles.Azure experience or a strong interest in cloud.SQL experience.Ideally some Power BI experience.A self-starting, curious approach and willingness to experiment.The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team.With a team of around 30, you''ll have real influence and plenty of freedom to build, experiment and make things happen.
