Python Software Developer

On behalf of the Met Office, we are looking for a Python Software Developer (Inside IR35) for until 31/03/2027 contract based Hybrid in the Exeter office. As a Python Software Developer, your main responsibilities will be:. Plan and lead development of user stories, software tasks. Find ways to improve system robustness, resilience and stability.. Design, code, test, and document software solutions.. Collaborate with other disciplines (Business Analyst, Product Manager, Lead Develop, Technical Architect) to fully understand the software requirements. Essential:. Experienced within Python. Deployment to a variety of environments including Windows devices and Linux on AWS utilising AWS CDK, CloudFormation andamp; GitHub Actions.. AWS Cloud Services experience.
