This is a hands-on role working on critical risk applications and calculation engines, supporting front-to-back trade life cycle processes in a fast-paced financial setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Python-based risk applications and calculation engines Work closely with trading and risk teams to deliver robust solutions Contribute to the design and optimisation of market risk platforms Integrate systems within cloud-based and distributed environments Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure scalability and performance Requirements Strong Python development experience in banking/financial services Proven experience with risk systems, market risk, or trading platforms Understanding of trade life cycle processes Experience with cloud technologies Familiarity with Athena ecosystem (eg SecDB, Quartz) or similar platforms Experience with Kubernetes and Docker (preferred) Experience 8+ years of professional software engineering experience ..... full job details .....
