The successful candidate will design and develop scalable solutions supporting regulatory reporting platforms, ensuring compliance with evolving financial regulations while processing high volumes of transaction data.This rolecombines hands-on software engineering, data analysis, platform enhancement, and close collaboration with regulatory and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain enterprise-grade Python applications supporting regulatory reporting and compliance functions.Partner with Business Analysts, Compliance teams and Transaction Reporting SMEs to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical solutions.Build highly scalable data processing pipelines capable of handling millions of daily financial transactions.Conduct detailed data analysis, investigations, and root-cause assessments relating to reporting breaches and regulatory inquiries.Develop reconciliation and validation frameworks to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.Support remediation initiatives through the design of historical replay and data reconstruction capabilities.Drive system enhancements focused on performance, reliability, auditability and operational resilience.Manage and support software releases through the full development lifecycle, including testing, ..... full job details .....
