Your new companyYou will be supporting a major public-sector technology portfolio that is transforming how UK immigration, visa, passport and related services are managed.The platform is used by UK-based Home Office staff, overseas consulates and people applying for immigration-related services. Delivery involves multiple development teams and cloud service providers working within an agile framework aligned with government IT policy.The end client''s identity will remain confidential at this stage.Your new roleYou will join the Platform DevOps function as a SFIA Level 5 Python and Go engineer. The role will focus on developing backend systems, automation tooling, microservices, APIs and cloud integrations across a large-scale technology platform.You will use Python and Go to automate infrastructure and operational processes, integrate with AWS services and work with enterprise platforms including Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, LDAP, JIRA and Confluence.Please note: Active SC clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
