Your new companyYour new company are both an MGA and Broker who are regulated by the FCA and are accredited as a Lloyd''s Cover holder. Underwriting on behalf of Lloyd''s and other first-class securities with offices in both London and the Middle East they underwrite a worldwide book of business across multiple classes including Property and Engineering, Energy, Marine, Casualty, War and Terrorism and other specialist insurances. Due to expansion within their PV team, a role for a Political Violence Underwriter has arisenYour new roleYour new role as a Political Violence Underwriter means that you will be responsible for underwriting complex new and renewal Political Violence policies. You will be developing and maintaining strong, profitable relationships with a panel of intermediaries, visiting brokers regularly to drive new business. You will also be Servicing global clients and their needs regardless of occupancy and territory.What you''ll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you must have experience in Underwriting Political Violence and have extensive broker relationships as well as being be able to commute into the office at least 3 times a week. It is preferable that you either have your CII qualification or are working towards it.What you''ll get in returnYou''ll be offered a competitive salary of up to £80,000, depending on experience.
