PV Supervisor (Electrical)

Hygrove Partners are recruiting a PV Supervisor on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company, delivering solar PV installations across social housing and new build domestic developments in the West Midlands. The Role: Supervising solar PV installation teams across social housing retrofit and new build domestic sites, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: - Day-to-day supervision of PV installation teams across social housing and new build domestic properties - Ensuring compliance with electrical and HandS regulations - Quality control and sign-off of completed installations - Coordinating with project managers, housing association clients and other trades on site - Mentoring and supporting less experienced electricians What We''re Looking For: - Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent) with solar PV experience - Supervisory experience on residential sites - 18th Edition, and ideally solar-specific certification (e.g. MCS-related training) - Valid CSCS card essential - Own transport essential - Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas What''s on Offer: - 45,000 + Company Van - A genuine supervisory role within a growing residential renewables arm of the ..... full job details .....
