The Role: Supervising solar PV installation teams across new build developments and social housing schemes, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day supervision of PV installation teams Ensuring compliance with electrical, MCS and H&S requirements Quality control, testing and sign-off of completed installations Coordinating with project managers, clients and other trades on site Mentoring less experienced electricians What We're Looking For: NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent) with solar PV experience Supervisory experience on residential sites 18th Edition; solar PV / MCS-related training desirable Valid CSCS / ECS card and full UK driving licence What's on Offer: £45,000 - £52,000 + Company Van A genuine supervisory role within a growing renewables division Permanent
