Leading a small but capable team you will work closely with sales, finance, and warehouse operations to ensure a streamlined and commercially driven supply chain.Key Responsibilities Procurement and Supplier ManagementOversee sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection across a wide range of electrical components.Build and maintain strong relationships with UK, European, and global suppliers-including Far East sourcing where relevant.Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and service agreements to maximise margin and secure competitive advantage.Conduct regular supplier reviews and ensure consistent performance against KPIs.Inventory Optimisation and ForecastingMaintain optimal stock levels across a high-SKU product portfolio.Analyse sales forecasts, historical ..... full job details .....
