Role Overview
We''re hiring an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations and ensure a cost-effective, resilient supply chain. This is a key role in supporting fast-moving product lines and maintaining high standards of quality, availability, and ethical sourcing.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
• Manage international supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
• Monitor inventory and manage replenishment
• Oversee sample development within assigned categories
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations
• Analyse market trends and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with ethical and sustainability standards (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX)
• Utilise ERP systems for purchasing and reporting
• Forecast material needs based on sales and seasonal trends
• Lead and mentor the purchasing team

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain (apparel industry preferred)
• Strong background in offshore supplier management and international logistics
• Skilled in negotiation and supplier development
• Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities
• Proficient in MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• CIPS qualification or equivalent (desirable)
