Sponsorships cannot be provided now or in the future.Seeking a commercially minded Purchasing Executive to join a busy aircraft component trading environment based very close to Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with purchasing, procurement or supply chain experience who enjoys building supplier relationships, negotiating competitive pricing and supporting sales opportunities within the aerospace industry.Working closely with the Trading Manager and internal sales teams, you''ll play a key role in sourcing aircraft and engine materials, managing purchase orders and ensuring the right products are available at the right price, quality and time.Main Responsibilities:Manage the purchasing process from sourcing through to purchase order placement, delivery and invoice-related queries.Source quality aircraft and engine materials, ensuring competitive pricing, availability and suitability for customer requirements.Prepare customer enquiries and provide accurate, timely and competitive quotations to support sales opportunities.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring agreed commercial, technical, quality and delivery requirements are met.Monitor and expedite purchase orders, keeping order information, ..... full job details .....
