We are recruiting a Purchasing Coordinator for our client based in Witney.

This is a fixed term contract to start ASAP until December 2026.

Full time, office based with onsite parking.

Duties:

  • First point of contact for all procurement related queries
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Managing Suppliers - negotiating best pricing & terms
  • Expediting orders
  • Sourcing potential new suppliers

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced purchasing environment
  • Understanding of procurement processes and best practices (essential).
  • Good Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
