We are recruiting a Purchasing Coordinator for our client based in Witney.
This is a fixed term contract to start ASAP until December 2026.
Full time, office based with onsite parking.
Duties:
- First point of contact for all procurement related queries
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Managing Suppliers - negotiating best pricing & terms
- Expediting orders
- Sourcing potential new suppliers
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience working in a fast-paced purchasing environment
- Understanding of procurement processes and best practices (essential).
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
