Purchasing Assistant
A client of ours in the Clacton area are recruiting a Purchasing Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm and paying up to 28,000 per annum depending on experience. Your key duties in this Purchasing Assistant role will include but are not limited to:Managing procurement activities through ERP systems (Sage X3), including MRP functionsIssuing RFQs, reviewing supplier quotations, and processing purchase ordersMaintaining accurate procurement records and system dataLiaising with suppliers to resolve delivery, pricing, and order issuesCollaborating with internal teams to communicate order status and support operationsSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing roleStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with ERP systems (Sage X3 desirable) and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsGreat Benefits to working for this company include:Competitive salary25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with option to buy/sell leaveLife insurance and wellbeing support programmesCareer progression, training, and support for further educationIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Purchasing Assistant position, please apply with your CV. ..... full job details .....
