A Purchasing Assistant is required to join the supply chain team ensuring materials, goods, and services are procured efficiently and cost-effectively to meet business requirements Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase orders Supplier liaison Accurate record keeping Stock & inventory management Work closely with production, stores, engineering and accounts Soure alternative suppliers We are looking for someone in a purchasing role from a manufacturing and or engineering environment with knowledge of ERP and MRP systems. Monday to Friday - 0830 to 1700, 37.5 hours per week Salary to suit experience Pension Free parking- - Permanent
